Our returns policy gives every customer the opportunity to return their purchase within 60 days for a full refund. Simple as that.

In order to qualify for a full refund, you just need to return your order to us as you received it - with all the original box and packaging. Don't worry if it's been opened, as long as the item is in its original condition. We'll also need to see your original proof of purchase, which should be in your emails.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll let you know that your return has been receieved. We'll also let you know if the return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at hello@freshfacepillow.com and we will review your request.
